Empathease Oasis is not authorized not offer medication or issue prescriptions.

Limitation of Liability
Empathease Oasis is not liable for any direct or indirect emotional, psychological, or physical consequences resulting from counseling sessions. Responsibility for decisions made after a session rests entirely with the client. The platform does not facilitate on-demand or emergency access. Any attempt to communicate with a counsellor outside scheduled sessions may not receive an immediate response, and the platform assumes no responsibility for the timing or outcome of such communication attempts.

Dispute Resolution
In case of a dispute regarding payments, session outcomes, or counsellor conduct, email a detailed account to info@empatheaseoasis.com. We aim to investigate and resolve issues within 7-10 business days.

Termination We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the platform without prior notice if any policy is violated.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian law. All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
